The President Petro Poroshenko instructed the people's deputies Igor Kononenko and Olexandr Granovsky to deprive the former head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Miheila Saakashvili of Ukrainian citizenship through court.

Saakashvili reported this on his Facebook page, citing a "well-informed source".

"From a well-informed source I found out that Poroshenko instructed Igor Kononenko and his accomplice Granovsky, who is the informal curator of court cases in the corruption pyramid of the Presidential Administration, to prepare my deprivation of citizenship by a court decision," Saakashvili wrote.
