Kremlin claimed that it observes the detention of Mikheil Saakashvili, the former Georgian president and former head of Odesa Regional Administration with curiosity and amazement. Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson of Russian President Putin claimed this as Interfax reported.

‘We observe the actions that take place in Ukraine with curiosity. Kyiv surprises once again. Saakashvili surprises once again. At the same time, he made a particular way in the policy from the eating of a tie to the climbing on a roof and this way was thorny. His situation is difficult. That is all that we can say’, Peskov said.

Talking about the opposition between Saakashvili and the Ukrainian government, Peskov said: ‘Of course it is a headache of Ukraine. We would not wish this even for the enemy but of course, we do not treat the Ukrainian nation as the enemy’.

As we reported Saakashvili was detained in the suspicion of the support of the criminal group in the organization of the criminal activity. According to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, Saakashvili financed the protests to take power for the funds of the allies of Viktor Yanukovych, the former president of Ukraine.
