Mikheil Saakashvili, the leader of ‘Rukh Novykh Syl’ Party came to the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) on December 26th for questioning as 112 Ukraine reported.
As we reported Saakashvili and his lawyer appeared at the Prosecutor General’s Office on December 18th but refused to be interviewed saying he could not trust or respect the prosecutors. Also, he did not come to the SBU on December 22nd.
The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine (GPU) called Mikheil Saakashvili, the former president of Georgia for the questioning as the suspect in a few criminal proceedings at 9:30 am. on December 18th.
Earlier Pechersk Court of Kyiv refused the Prosecutor General’s Office to choose a home arrest as the restriction measure for Mikheil Saakashvili. Now the next court hearing is scheduled for December 14th.
