Mikheil Saakashvili, the leader of 'Rukh Novykh Syk' Party appeared on the wanted list at the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on December 6.
It is stated that Saakashvili was put on the wanted list on December 5 due to the article on the assistance to the members of the criminal organization and cover-up of its criminal activity.
At the same time, the Prosecutor General's Office claimed that Saakashvili is suspected in the commitment of the crime provided by the articles on attempted crime and commitment of the crime by the group of people, the group of people by previous concert, organized group or criminal organization.
As we reported Saakashvili was detained in the suspicion of the support of the criminal group in the organization of the criminal activity. According to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, Saakashvili financed the protests to take power for the funds of the allies of Viktor Yanukovych, the former president of Ukraine. Later Saakashvili claimed that the accusations of the Prosecutor’s General Office of his ties with oligarch Sergy Kurchenko are fake.
Saakashvili succeeded to release from the car of the law enforcers after a few failed attempts to pass him to the SBU. He made for the Ukrainian parliament right after the release.
At 6 am today, December 6 the law enforcers came into the protester's camp near the Ukrainian Parliament in the attempt to search for Saakashvili but did not succeed. The clashes took place between the law enforcers and the protesters when both the civilians and the police officers suffered.
