Saakashvili allies gather near temporary detention center where he kept

The allies of Mikheil Saakashvili, the leader of the 'Rukh Novykh Syl' Party and former head of Odesa Regional Administration gather near the temporary detention center at Askold Alley where the politician is detained as Interfax-Ukraine reported.

At the moment about 40-50 people stay at Askold Alley. They warm up near barrels with fire. Nearby they pinned a poster with a sign: 'Poroshenko, release Saakashvili!'.

The Alley is blocked by a bus. The police officers wear the bulletproof jackets and blocked the alley behind the bus by themselves.

The members of the 'Rukh Novykh Syl' Party give away the leaflets with a call to come to the march for the impeachment of the president on December 10.

As we reported earlier, on Friday night the enforcement officers detained ex-governor of Odesa region Mikheil Saakashvili and took him to the Security Service department, where he was placed in a detention facility. Later it was reported that he is kept at the detention center.

At the moment, the protesters gathered near the SBU in Kyiv where Saakashvili is held. The supporters of the politician began to organize the stage for speakers and to build barricades. Later Saakashvili asked people to continue the peaceful protests throughout the advocate. Also, he went on the termless hunger strike.
