Russian FSB has accused Ukrainian Oleh Prykhodko, whom they had detained in the annexed Crimea, of preparing the explosion in the administrative building of Saky. The press service of the FSB reported this.
“The FSB of the Russian Federation have detained in Crimean town of Saky a Russian citizen of Nazi ideology, a member of Ukrainian extremist organizations, who planned to make an explosion in one of the administrative buildings of the Republic of Crimea,” the message says.
Russian security forces claim to have found self-made explosive devise ready for use, components and instruments for making explosion devise and bottles with incendiary mixture in the garage of Ukrainian.
The Investigation Department of the Russian FSB has opened a criminal case under the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation providing liability for preparing of the terrorist attack and illegal fabrication of explosives.
The investigation is ongoing.
As it was reported, on February, 8, 2019, FSB in Crimea held a search in the house of Oleh Prykhodko in the village of Orekhovo of Saky district. The security officers seized Ukrainian symbolism, the flags of Svoboda Party, red and black flags, portrait of Stepan Bandera, equipment and home CDs. After the search, Prykhodko was taken to Simferopol, where he was questioned about his activities and connections on the mainland of Ukraine.
