Russian Federation accuses Ukraine of intention to conduct missile firing in the annexed Crimea region. This was informed in the statement of the Federal Air Transport Agency of Russia (Rosaviatsiya).

"In violation of all international agreements, Ukraine unilaterally decided to hold missile firings in the sovereign airspace of the Russian Federation in the flight information region of “Simferopol". On November 24, 2016 Ukraine issued a NOTAM (aviation notice) about the activation of dangerous zones in airspace due to the planned missile firing on 1 and 2 December 2016,” it was stated in the Federal Air Transport Agency.

Russia demanded the immediate cancelling of that decision.

It is noted, that the relevant agencies in Ukraine did not report any official information about the scheduled firing in the area.
