Russian court confirms ban to enter country for Mustafa Dzhemilev

People’s deputy plans to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights

Russia's Supreme Court upheld a court decision on entry ban to Russian territory for People's Deputy of Ukraine Mustafa Dzhemilev. This was announced by his lawyer Mark Feygin in Twitter.

"The Supreme Court upheld the decision of the Moscow City Court to ban the entry to Russian Federation for Dzhemilev for 5 years; the ban was imposed by FSB. Well, all is left now is the ECHR (the European Court of Human Rights - Ed.)," Feygin wrote.

Earlier it was reported that Russian Court refused to suspend еру ban on entry to Crimea for Dzhemilev. His lawyer intends to appeal against decision of Moscow City Court to Russia's Supreme Court.
