The movement of large quantities of military equipment was noticed on the streets of Simferopol in the occupied Crimea. Photos of tanks, guns and other weapons were published by Russian blogger Ilya Varlamov.

Heavy weapons were seen among the equipment - presumably the gun mount, which was in the bag.

"The situation we got now in Simferopol, tanks, guns and other equipment are carried through the city! Why? Well, firstly, it's beautiful. Maybe ordinary transfer of equipment, but in light of the rumors that Ukraine might recently start some missile-exercises, it looks disturbing," Varlamov wrote.

A day earlier, residents of the Budyonny Street in Kerch informed that the column of military equipment stood all day under their windows, KERCH reported.
