Russia sent another, 64th "humanitarian convoy" to the occupied of Donetsk and Luhansk, reports the press service of the Emergency Service of Russian Federation.
Russian Emergency Service as always states that the vehicles transport around 400 tons of “humanitarian goods”, which allegedly contain children's food kits, medical equipment and medicines.
Before arriving at Ukrainian border, the column will divide into two. They will accordingly go to the checkpoints ‘Donetsk’ and ‘Matveev Kurgan’.
Earlier it was reported that 40 trucks illegally entered Ukraine from the territory of Russia on March 23. The convoy’s movement was performed in gross violation of international and Ukrainian law, and the modalities agreed with the International Red Cross Committee. That’s why Ukrainian interdepartment group performed only visual inspection without performing their control functions.
