Russia opened another two criminal cases against officers of Ukraine’s Armed Forces and National Guard. This was announced by the official representative of Russia’s Investigation Committee Svetlana Petrenko.
According to committee’s version, as a result of intended shelling of the civilian bus near Olenivka checkpoint on January 21, one civilian of 1960 year of birth died and a man of 1956 year of birth – received gun wounds.
Russian law enforcers claims “investigators have every reason to suppose that it was a aimed shelling.”
Investigation Committee added that: “officers of Ukraine’s Armed Forces and National Guard conducted targeted artillery attack on civilian infrastructure from heavy weapons as a result of which 5 civilians were injured.”
As it was reported earlier Ukrainian army and pro-Kremlin armed militants exchanged accusations in the terrorist attack on a civilian bus on Sunday afternoon. One passenger was killed, another one was wounded. The Ukrainian side insisted the militants are responsible for the attack.
