The actions of Russia and its puppets lead to the disruption of the political and diplomatic negotiations in Minsk and destabilization of the situation at the front. It is just a repetition of 2014 scenario when the pseudo-election organized by the Kremlin led to the disruption of Minsk Agreements, their non-fulfillment, and serious destabilization in Donbas, thousands of the victims among the military and civilians. This pseudo-elections are already condemned by the EU, U.S., G7 countries, the majority of the country members of the UN Security Council. It is not recognized by the world, except the organizer country - Russia,” she claimed.
