Covid-19 coronavirus sympotoms were detected in Ukrainian who arrived from China to Russia; in the near future, a man will be sent to the occupied territory of Donbas. This was reported in the JFO press service.

“This person is a Ukrainian citizen, but contrary to the laws of Ukraine he illegally came in possession of a Russian passport. Since the person is registered in the temporarily occupied territory of Donbas, the Russians without hesitation decided to bring him to occupied Donbas as soon as possible, rather than treat him in their medical facilities", the message said.

The headquarters also noted that this case indicated that Russia is not ready to take control of the situation even in its territory if the epidemiological situation worsens.

"In the near future, the patient with suspected coronavirus is expected to be relocated from the Russian city of Novoshakhtinsk to an uncontrolled section of the Russian-Ukrainian border in the vicinity of the Dolzhansky checkpoint, and then the man will be transferred to one of the hospitals on the territory of occupied Donetsk and Luhansk," the headquarters said.
