Russia confirms Yanukovych interrogation videoconference on November 25

The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine does not exclude that the interrogation of the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych could take place via videoconference on November 25, he will be questioned as a witness in the case with charges against 5 former employees of the special division Berkut of Maidan activists killing.

This was announced by the he head of the Special Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine Sergiy Gorbatyuk on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

“As far as I know, a confirmation came from Russia that this interrogation will take place on November 25. We’ll see,” he said.

Earlier it was reported that Rostov court expressed the readiness to organize Yanukovych’s interrogation. Svyatoshyn Court received notice of the possibility of questioning.
