Russia blocked the declaration on crisis in Ukraine in the OSCE Council. This was reported by the speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mariana Betsa on her Twitter page.

"OSCE Ministerial Council ended with Russia blocking most of the documents and a declaration on crisis in and around Ukraine,” Betsa said.

The OSCE Ministerial Council began formal meeting yesterday, December 8. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin discussed OSCE “24/7” work formula with German and Austrian colleagues.
