Also, the Ukrainian president claimed that the decision on the reboot of the commission on the cooperation on the historical issues was made due to this.

‘We made a decision to increase the level and reboot of the commission due to this, we made a decision that the commission should gather, work out and allow the process of the exhumation as soon as possible and we agreed to shorten a black list of people that are not allowed to enter our countries and to do a few other things that will decrease the tension in this vulnerable issues. Earlier Poroshenko claimed that the history should not influence the strategic nature of the relations of Poland and Ukraine.

As we reported Mateusz Morawiecki, the new Prime Minister of Poland, in his first day of office said that the relations with Ukraine should be built on historical truth, and such events as “genocide in Volyn” can’t be forgotten.

Also, he claimed that Poland by receiving Ukrainian refugees helps unload the tension in the Eastern flank of the EU. Pavlo Klimkin, the Foreign Minister of Ukraine responded that the Ukrainians save the Polish economy since a lot of Ukrainians work there.
