The port of Rostov-on-Don announced that it will not let in the Ukrainian cruise liner General Vatutin. It suddenly refused to enter Odesa port and moves to the Russian side. Vitaliy Vorobian, the head of the maintenance department of Rostov-on-Don port reported this according to RBK

'We deal only with motor freighters and we are not informed that some kind of liner is headed to us. No, we will not let it in. And it has no way to enter the port. I have no information about it, either written or spoken that something is moving to the port', Vorobian said.

Ukrainian river-sea cruise liner "General Vatutin" changed its course for unknown reasons and headed for Russia, according to Odesa agency "Dumskaya".

According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the change of the destination is legal.
