Solomiansky District Court of Kyiv extends restrictive measure for suspended Head of State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov for two months. This was reported by Hromadske.
Restrictive measure was extended in the form of $3.84 million bail. Thus, Nasirov will remain under house arrest and wear his ankle monitor.
"The prosecutor’s request was fully granted. Nasirov is still charged with duties and posted bail remains," it was reported.
Prosecutor added that the results of forensic examination are expected within a week.
The former head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine is suspected in abuse of authority and embezzlement of public funds totaling some $74 million.
