Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Health, Medical Care and Medical Insurance and parliamentarian of the Servant of the People political party Mykhailo Radutsky does not rule out that the Cabinet will continue adaptive quarantine in Ukraine after March 31, 2022, he said in an interview to Ukrinform.
"The government has extended adaptive quarantine until March 31, 2022. It will probably be continued while the epidemic continues," Radutsky said.
As it was reported, Kyiv School of Economics stated that the country will not enter the "green" quarantine zone in the nearest future despite the improvement of the situation with the incidence of coronavirus in Ukraine.
Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal stated that Ukraine no longer plans to introduce total lockdowns, as businesses can operate in red quarantine zones given a 100% vaccination of employees,
It should be noted, that the Ministry of Health of Ukraine does not expect a significant increase in the incidence of coronavirus infection Covid-19 until the end of February 2022. It is not yet expected that this rise will be higher than in 2021, but everything will depend on the new Omicron strain.
