President of Russia Vladimir Putin does not refuse from the meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky one-on-one in Kazakhstan. However, he is focused on the preparation of the Normandy Format as RIA News reported citing Putin’s Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
“Certainly, Putin told that he never refuses from such meetings and from this meeting also but he believes that the meeting for the meeting will bring little value; it should be prepared well. Due to this, currently, we focus on the preparation for the processes of Normandy Format. For this, of course, all commitments taken by the sides in Minsk should be fulfilled,” Peskov said.
As we reported first president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev offered Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin to meet one-on-one, without participation of the U.S., European society and other sides in Kazakhstan.
