Pavlo Zhebrivsky, the Head of Donetsk Military Civil Administration in 2015-2018, considers the improvement of living standards one of the main things towards achieving peace, as he said on air of political talk show Pulse on 112 Ukraine.

“Economy, settling things in Ukraine and improvement of living standards in the country is one of the key issue of achieving peace,” he said.

He also stressed the importance of anti-Putin coalition, including the Western partners.

Zhebrivsky said that it was impossible to reach unity in Eastern Ukraine through a military, non-military operation.

“For today, Minsk is a break for Ukraine to build up fair community and prepare to victory on the eastern front,” he added.
