Canadian official forensic examination of the UIA plane downed in Teheran did not find evidence that the aircraft was bagged on purpose as CBC News reported after familiarization with the report that is not published yet.

"While the Forensic Team found no evidence that the downing of Flight PS752 was premeditated, this in no way absolves Iran of its responsibility for the death of 176 innocent people," the report says.

It is noted that Iran did not provide a “credible explanation of how and why" its military downed the plane. "Given the totality of information available, the Forensic Team concludes that a series of acts and omissions by Iranian civil and military authorities caused a dangerous situation where previously identified risks were underestimated and not taken seriously”.

11 citizens of Ukraine died in the crash, which left no survivors.

On the morning of Saturday, January 11, the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces announced that a missile launched by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards military center hit the Ukrainian Boeing 737 plane.

The results of the decryption of information from the aircraft's flight recorders carried out in France confirmed that the disaster was the result of a missile attack.
