Protesters block roads in six Ukrainian regions

Protests take place in six Ukrainian regions with blockage of the roads of national importance, as the press office of “Ukravtodor” (State Road Service of Ukraine) reports.

According to the message, the owners of cars with European registration blocked M-19 Domanovo – Kovel – Chernivtsi highway in Volyn region, M-06 Kyiv – Chop highway in Lviv region.

M-05 Kyiv – Odesa blocked in Odesa region, M-21 Stryi – Ternopil – Kropyvnystki and H-03 Zhytomyr – Chernivtsi in Khmelnytskyi, H-25 Horodyshche – Rivne – Starokonstiantynivka in Ternopil region.

Besides, people protest against set gas tariffs in Smila, Cherkasy region.

“Ukravtodor” representatives add that the protests of European-license cars owners in Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhia, Kyiv, Poltava, Rivne, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy regions are over.

Earlier, the protesters with cars with European registration blocked the roads in 16 regions. They demand cancelation of draft laws №8487 и №8488.
