Prosecutor's Office asks court to arrest suspected in beating of Ukraine's MP Mustafa Nayem

The police put a suspect who escaped to Baku on the wanted listed

The Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv asks the Shevchenkivsky Court of Kyiv to arrest three suspects in the beating of Ukrainian parliament MP Mustafa Nayem in the downtown of Kyiv as the press service of the Court authority of Ukraine reported.

The appeals on the application of the restrictive measure in the form of the arrest against Saitov Magomed-Salikh, Arbuevich Temerbulatov Umolt and Saitov Akhmed-Abubakarovich suspected in the beating of Mustafa Nayem were filed to the Shevchenkivsky Court.

The consideration of these appeals will take place in the same court.

As it was previously reported, in the area of Bessarabska Square in Kyiv on April 30, a people's deputy Mustafa Nayem was beaten. He himself informed about the incident and stressed that the incident is not connected with his political activities.

The same day police detained three people. One of the participants in the conflict with the beating of the People's Deputy Mustafa Nayem on Bessarabska Square, wanted by the police, flew to Baku (Azerbaijan) 2 hours after the incident.  He faces 4 years of imprisonment.
