According to the investigative information, MP Nadia Savchenko planned the terrorist attack in the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Yury Lutsenko, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine claimed this during the morning plenary session of the parliament as 112 Ukraine broadcasted.

‘The investigation has the irrefutable proof that Nadia Savchenko personally planned, recruited and ordered how to hold the terrorist attack there, in this hall, destroying two lodges, governmental and post, by the combat grenades, bringing down the dome of the Verkhovna Rada by the mortar launchers and killing the survived with the assault rifles. We have the irrefutable proof’, Lutsenko said.

He announced that he will submit the provision on the bearing to the responsibility, detention and arrest of Savchenko.

On March 12, Yury Lutsenko, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine claimed that Savchenko was called for a questioning on March 13 on the case against Volodymyr Ruban.

Later the spokeswoman of Savchenko reported that Savchenko did not get any notice or invitation for the questioning in the SBU and will pay the official visit to the PACE. Volodymyr Ariev, the Chairman of Ukrainian delegation in the PACE noted that she was absent on the session of the assembly.

The notice for the questioning in the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) of the MP Nadiya Savchenko was passed over to the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada.

Ruban was detained on March 8 at the Ukrainian checkpoint at the demarcation line of Donbas Conflict zone. It is stated that Ruban is suspected in the illegal handling of arms, preparation of a crime and terrorist action. Later the Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv arrested Volodymyr Ruban, the Leader of Center of POW Release 'Officer Corps' for 60 days without a right to the bail.
