Prosecutor General Office of Ukraine handed a suspicion to the Chairman of Kyiv District Administrative Court Pavlo Vovk, as the Press Secretary of the establishment Andriy Lysenko said, Hromadske reported.
Besides, media reported that suspicion concerns the fact of interference with the work of Higher Qualification Commission of Judges.
Apart from Vovk, the judges Ivan Shepitko, Igor Pogribnichenko and Yevhen Ablov came to Prosecutor General Office after receiving a subpoena.
They were summoned for July 2 to receive charges and for questioning.
According to the published subpoenas, charges concern power abuse, fraud, forgery, and negligence, illegal deterrence of protests, delivering wrongful verdicts, proposals or briberies, interference in the work of automatic document management of the court.
As it was reported, on July 26 representatives of NABU and Prosecutor General Office searched Kyiv District Administrative Court.
