The project “Wall” with Russia is now implemented by 30%, as the press office of Ukraine’s Interior Ministry reported on Facebook.

The representatives of the Ministry assured that the amount of the work done corresponds to the amount of the funding of the project.

“The level of control over the border is almost 100% in Kharkiv region, where the project is almost over. No violations of the state border are observed there,” Oleg Slobodyan, the Spokesperson of State Border Guard Service said.

It should be noted that in August 2018 the Interior Ministry informed that engineering works in Kharkiv region are almost finished within the resettlement of the Ukrainian-Russian border. 220 of 270 kilometers of the border with Russia were settled.
