Vitally Serdyuk, an advocate of Viktor Yanukovych claimed that the pressure that is on him and his colleagues due to the defense of the former president and his case of the state treason. He claimed this at the briefing broadcasted by 112 Ukraine.
‘We can see the great pressure from the law enforcement system, judiciary system that takes place in the form of the cues, direct offers to our clients to stop cooperation with us through the particular political cases. More risks appeared for the defense and every questioning is only the reason for the growth of the risks for the defense because the questions are comfortless and the witness will never hear such questions on the street. It leads to the dissatisfaction with our work from the witnesses’, he said.
As we reported earlier Kyiv’s Obolon district court continues to review the case of Viktor Yanukovych, who is charged with state treason and Parliamentary Speaker Parubiy testified in court on January 24.
