The second tour of the presidential elections took place in Ukraine. The polling stations were open from 8 a.m. up to 8 p.m.
The Central Election Commission would begin to receive the data on the results from the commissions (the so-called electronic protocols) after the end of the voting. The commission would process and publish it on the website.
This data is not conclusive, as the result should be confirmed by the documents.
Particularly, by the protocols with wet stamps, which should be delivered to the Central Election Commission after the end of all necessary procedures at the sites.
The Central Election Commission should establish the results of the second tour not later than May 1.
The commission should publish the official report on the results of the second tour at Holos Ukrayiny and Uryadovy Kurier (official outlets of Ukraine's parliament and cabinet) not later than May 4.
The inauguration of a new president of Ukraine should take place until June 3 at the solemn session of the Verkhovna Rada.
