Maintenance teams repaired the power lines of Donetsk filtration plant, as Pavlo Malyhin, the Head of Avdiivka civil-military administration wrote on Facebook.
“The power lines of Donetsk filtration plant have been repaired. In an hour, the plant will have power. The maintenance teams will arrive there later. Consequently, it is expected that water supply to Avdiivka will start tomorrow morning, and the full restoration of water supply will be fully restored by tomorrow night,” he informed.
According to Malyhin, until Tuesday evening Avdiivka citizens will receive water from a clean water tank.
As it was reported earlier, on July 22, militants shut down the Donetsk filtration plant. The plant employees informed Ukrainian representatives of the JCCC about the shutdown, and in 20 minutes the terrorists claimed that the Ukrainian army started shelling, and this resulted in the plant’s power line being damaged.
