Ukrainian MP from Petro Poroshenko Bloc Iryna Lutsenko stated she leaves the post of the President’s representative to the Verkhovna Rada of VIII convocation. She announced that at the briefing, broadcasted by official TV channel Rada on May 17.

“Today it is the last plenary week, my mandate as the representative of President Poroshenko in the Parliament ends. Today I have filed an application to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko asking for resignation,” she said.

It should be noted that President Poroshenko appointed Iryna Lutsenko as the President’s representative to the Parliament by a decree №97/2017 as of April 3, 2017.
