Earlier Gianni Buquicchio called the adoption of the law ‘On Supreme Anti-corruption court’ by the Ukrainian parliament a witness that Ukraine intends to continue the way of the reforms and European integration.
‘With great pleasure, I would even say with grey happiness I knew about the decision of the Verkhovna Rada on the adoption of the law on the Supreme Anti-corruption court. According to the messages, the approved law corresponds to the recommendations of the Venice Commission’, he wrote.
He also urged all involved to provide the quick forming of the court and provide him the proper means for functioning.
As we reported the Ukrainian parliament adopted the law ‘On Supreme Anti-corruption court’ on June 7. It got 315 votes of the Ukrainian MPs.
