Poroshenko signs law to avoid double taxes with Luxembourg

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a convention between the governments of Ukraine and Luxembourg aimed to prevent double taxes and tax evasion on income and capital. This was reported by the press service of the President.

The document will help to create an effective bilateral legal basis to prevent double taxation, tax evasion and mutual reduction of tax barriers for foreign investment and trade.

Earlier it was reported that Ukrainian parliament ratified the Double Taxation Convention with Luxembourg. The Convention also aims at preventing evasion of the taxes.
