Petro Poroshenko, the President of Ukraine orders the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) to take the case of Volodymyr Ruban, the Leader of Center of POW Release 'Officer Corps' under the personal control as 112 Ukraine reported.
'I order General Grytsak to take the investigation of this case under his personal control', the president said.
He noted that the issue is not about the transfer but about getting 'irrefutable evidence on the large-scale terrorist acts that were prepared in Ukraine and which network was involved in it'.
'The aim was one to destabilize the society through the mass terrorist actions and the evidence reported to me by the Head of SBU is 'irrefutable as the issue is about the stability of the state and protection of the security in the capital of Ukraine', the president commented.
Poroshenko noted that the present information confirms the correctness of the actions of the special services.
As we reported Ruban was detained on March 8 at the Ukrainian checkpoint at the demarcation line of the Donbas Conflict zone.
It is stated that Ruban is suspected in the illegal handling of arms, preparation of a crime and terrorist action.
Also, Ruban denies all accusations and claims that what happened is the operation where he acted as the driver.
Later the Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv arrested Volodymyr Ruban, the Leader of Center of POW Release 'Officer Corps' for 60 days without a right to the bail.
