The ex-president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has space for maneuver so that he can defend himself and ruin this case in court. Speaker of Ukraine's National Corps far-right organization Roman Chernyshov said.

“Andriy Biletsky talked a lot about this, but for some reason, it comes up precisely the case, which, from my point of view, is not so obvious and not so promising in the judicial plan.  It is very difficult to prove any influence on the members of the Supreme Council of Justice that way, they all win.  That is, the authorities also report that she is taking some steps, Zelensky promised the punishment of corrupt officials, and they leave space for Petro Poroshenko to maneuver so that he can defend himself and ruin this case in court,” he noted.

The State Bureau of Investigation sent to the Prosecutor General a project on the suspicion of Poroshenko and the submission to the Parliament to give consent to bring him to justice.

The draft document refers to Poroshenko’s suspicion of committing criminal offenses under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: actions aimed at forcibly changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power and abuse of power or official position.

As we reported, ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko did not come for the interrogation appointed by the Prosecutor General's Office yet again.
