"(Poroshenko - ed.) Did not come. At least, he is not present now," she said.
It is noted that the questioning was planned on Wednesday at 2 p.m.
As we reported earlier, Prosecutor's Office of Panama closed the criminal case on the claim of lawyer Andriy Portnov, finding no reason to prosecute Petro Poroshenko. Poroshenko's lawyer Ilya Novikov has informed about it.
"On October 3, 2019, Panama's First Specialized Prosecutor's Office for Combating Organized Crime decided to close the case issued following Mr. Andriy Portnov's claim against Poroshenko ... The claim contained information about the companies, allegedly affiliated with Poroshenko, which were legalizing the proceeds of crime," Novikov said.
Earlier, the State Bureau of Investigation (SBU) did not prepare a suspicion of the ex-President of Ukraine. Poroshenko appeared in a number of SBU cases, but so far he was not suspected.
