Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko came to Switzerland to participate in Davos World Economic Forum. This was reported by the president’s press secretary Svyatoslav Tsegolko.
“President arrived in Switzerland, where he will take part in the World Economic Forum,” Tsegolko wrote Wednesday.
As it was reported earlier, Poroshenko is expected to meet with the U.S. President Donald Trump in Davos.
Christine Lagarde, the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) plans to hold a meeting with Petro Poroshenko, the President of Ukraine, during the World Economic Forum (WEF) that will take place in Davos on January 23-26, 2018.
The World Economic Forum takes place this year within the topic ‘Creating a Shared Future in a Fractured World’. Davos will accept 2,500 guests from more than 100 countries of the world: representatives from business, political leaders, heads of the international organization, journalists and representatives of the civil society.
