"Law enforcers establish the circumstances of the incident and the persons involved. The incident was registered in the journal of unified registration of statements and notifications of the Pechersk police department," the message says.
They also noted that information about the incident was included in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Art. 161 ("Violation of the equality of citizens depending on their race, nationality or religious beliefs") of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

According to him, a group of unknown young people tried to provoke a conflict by shouting offensive phrases in his address.
“A few minutes ago, young people unknown to me, approached me in the center of Kyiv (Pechersk)and tried to provoke a conflict! Shouting offensive things like: "Does the black monkey know about patriotism ?!" and "go to Africa!" Thank God, it didn't come to a fight, so everything is fine with me," he wrote.
