Police reform in Ukraine continues to move forward successfully. This was on reported by the Chief of Police patrol department of the National police of Ukraine, Colonel Evgeny Zhukov on his Facebook page.

"Reform continues, gaining momentum and is moving forward successfully. We are growing, despite the fact that many put a spoke in the wheel, try to undermine from within the process itself, and spread panic,” he said.

To prove his words, Zhukov cited several positive trends since the launch of the Patrol Police.

He said that only 580 people of 13000 employees were dismissed in total. Zhukov considers it “a very small number in terms of development strategy and natural selection”. A conclusion can be made, that a huge percentage of people who came from society are willing to learn and improve, they are “normal, adequate and decent people”.
