Kyiv law enforcers are evacuating more than 150 people from the hotel on Instytutska Street due to an anonymous message about its mining. This is reported by the press service of the National Police.
"Law enforcement officers received information about the mining of the building on Instytutska Street. After the call, the relevant specialists immediately left to inspect the facility and the surrounding area," police said.
An investigative and operational group of the district police department, patrol squads, sapper experts, dog handlers, and rescuers are working at the scene.
“The event is recorded in the Pechersk Police Department register. At the end of the inspection, the event will be given legal qualification,” law enforcement officers added.
“The election marathon has already begun and 135,400 workers of the Interior Ministry take care of your security. If you have some problems, you should appeal to the people in the uniform. They will definitely help,” the message said.
Earlier, the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine supposed that the Russian special service prepares the number of the provocations at the polling stations: the influence of the labor migrants, large-scale cyber attacks on the servers of the Central Election Commission and district election commissions of Ukraine. The Ukrainian law enforcers have switched to the enhanced regime of work.
The election campaign has officially started on December 31, 2018. There are 39 candidates in the ballots and over 35.6 million voters. Over 315,000 of the voters changed the place of the registration for voting.
