The police have identified the militants who murdered four members of a religious organization in Slaviansk, as the press service of National Police in Donetsk region reports.

It has been established that three terrorists murdered the captives - two from Slaviansk and one from Makiivka. When Slaviansk was liberated, they ran away to Donetsk to participate in the militant activity for the “DPR”, which considers them heroes.

The criminals kidnapped four young men who were members of a religious organization, tortured them and killed. The bodies of the murdered were found in a mass grave with other killed civilians in a month when the city was liberated.

The police established, that on Jun. 8, 2014, at around 11-12 am, armed militants burst into a church and kidnapped four people. In a car of one of the kidnapped, they found money in dollars, which is why they accused them of being “American spies”. They tortured the captives and killed them the next day.

The perpetrators are wanted now, and they are accused of kidnapping, torture, murder, unlawful appropriation of a vehicle, and brigandism. They are facing life sentences.
