Police found foreign fan that went missing: He was sheltered by Kyiv resident

The police found a missing football fan from Norway. Kyiv resident took him to his house. This was reported by the press service of Kyiv police.

"Friends of a man who came from Norway to Kyiv for the Champions League final was reported him missing today. All the capital’s patrols received instructions to search for him. Later, a Kyiv resident called to police office and said he had found a drunken foreigner not far from Klovska metro station. The man took him to his house so that nothing happens to the guest of the capital," the report said.

The police added that the man was taken to the Pechersk police office.

Earlier it was reported that during the Champions League final in Kyiv, the police received 71 applications from foreign fans. Ukrainian border guards note that more than 15 foreign fans left Ukraine today, on May 27. In total, 25,000 foreigners arrive in Kyiv to watch Champions League Final. 10,000 law enforcers were maintaining order in the capital.

Special forces detained 18 people, who were making provocations, near the entrance to NSC Ompiyskiy.
The game itself ended with Real’s victory.
