President of Poland Andrzej Duda confirmed that he is considering a visit to Ukraine at the end of this year. This was reported by the Polska Agencja Prasowa.

The Polish president said that he wants to visit the graves of the Poles in Kharkiv, adding that he also wants to get acquainted with the situation in Donbas conflict area in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

"There are several aspects to this matter, one of them is my personal wish to visit the graves of the Poles in Kharkiv, This is very important for me personally and also as for the president. The second aspect is connected with the fact that at the meeting on January 17 we will work in the UN Security Council, where Ukrainian issue will be considered, "Duda said.

As it was reported earlier the acceptance of the historical truth is very important for the building of the good neighborly relations between Ukraine and Poland, Andrzej Duda, the Polish President said.

By the end of the year, Andrzej Duda will have visited Kharkiv, northeastern Ukraine.
