Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce along with the All-Ukraine association on international recruitment launched a project Partnership and employment, as the press-office of the association reported.
The aim of the project is to overcome fraud in the employment area for Ukrainians in Poland and organize normal functioning of the international employment market for Ukrainians.
According to the representatives of the association, many fraud schemes in the overseas employment are based on the fact that the job seeker pays for the job search and does not get anything in the end. Within the project, the intermediaries will receive the commission fees not from the job seekers, but from the employers, who are selecting the staff.
Besides, the population will be informed about the overseas employment within the project.
“Ukrainians need to know that one can seek for a job in Poland only through the licensed companies, which are responsible for placing people. Moreover, it is better to take up employment on the large enterprises where salaries are paid on the bank card, all the norms of labor safety provided by the Polish legislation are respected along with the social insurance,” Vasyl Voskoboynyk, the President of the association, stated.
“Polish businessmen are interested in Ukrainian migrant workers and want to recruit them for a long-term period. To achieve that the administrative barriers between the states have to be eliminated and the preconditions for the synergy between Polish employers and employees from Ukraine have to be created,” the representatives of the association stated.
