It is noted that particular restrictions remain in force; however, the term of 10-day quarantine is reduced in case of the negative test for SARS-Cov-2 held not earlier than seven days since the entrance of the territory of Poland.
The end of the quarantine is the presence of the note about the negative test in the teleinformation system put by the diagnostic laboratory.
Such rules also concern children who cross the external border of the EU for the entrance of Poland.
The next categories of people are released from staying in quarantine after the cross of the external EU border:
- vaccinated from Covid-19 (with English/Polish documented proof about the full course of vaccination with drug registered in the EU – Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Jonson&Jonson);
- persons, who got through Covid-19 (with documented proof);
- categories defined in paragraph 3 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers on the establishment of restrictions and bans due to the epidemic (drivers and members of crews of aviation, railway, navigable and mechanical transport vehicles, inspectors of naval administration, pupils + attendants, students, listeners, applicants of the postgraduate education, Ph.D. students, diplomats, medics, employees of agricultural enterprises, athletes + coaches, doctors, physiotherapists, judges, accredited journalists who entered Poland to participated in sports events, persons who have permanent residence permission or long-term resident card in the EU country + members of their families who enter Poland for transit).
In August, Finland opened its borders for all Ukrainian travelers no matter whether they completed the vaccination course or not (granted the tourists can provide the relevant test results).
