The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence considered Bill №5599 with violations and “under the seal of secrecy”, as Parliament Speaker Dmytro Razumkov states during the Conciliation Council.

“We had an unpleasant situation at the end of last week. I mean the bill №5599. On September 17 the committee took place, the committee considered it, but did not invite the authors of the edits or provide the tables. Somehow it happened under the guise of great secrecy. I appeal to the staff, to the management of the staff: please find out how the secretariat worked. When the chairman of the committee will speak, I would like him to also provide information on how we are considering bills, which are really an important issue for society, for the Verkhovna Rada, and for the future of our state, "Razumkov said.
