Over two dozen police officers injured in protests in Odesa

There are no casualties among the civilians

In yesterday’s protests because of a construction site in the city center of Odesa, over 20 police officers were wounded, according to the Odesa Department of National Police on Facebook.

The police officers went to hospitals with traumatic brain injuries, concussions, hematomas, chemical burns, and others.

The police notes that they prevented riots and there were no casualties among the civilians.

As it was reported earlier, a protest against constructing a building in "downtown Odesa "turned into serious clashes with the police.
