As of January 11, 7,117 new confirmed cases of Covid-19 coronavirus were recorded in Ukraine, the press service of the Ministry of Healthcare reports.

In particular, 409 children and 160 health workers fell ill.

During the last 24 houres 1,898 people were hospitalized; 193 people died; 8,077 people recovered.

During the whole pandemic in Ukraine 3,716,988 people fell ill; 3,530,624 people recovered; 97,737 people died; 17,034,809 PCR tests were performed.

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

As it was reported, epidemiologists have been recording an increase in the incidence of coronavirus in the Kharkiv region for the past two weeks.
