The number of people infected with coronavirus in the world reached 33 million, according to data, provided by Worldometers.

According to the source, now, Covid-19 was detected in 33,058,718 people from all over the world, 998,747 of those passed away. Already 24,411,772 people have overcome the dangerous disease.

The United States is still the first by the incidence rate, where 7,287,561 citizens of the country are infected with the coronavirus. The second position is occupied by India with 5,992,532 recorded cases of the disease.

Brazil closes the top three - there 4,718,115 cases of Covid-19 were confirmed.

As it was reported earlier, the World Health Organization warned that the number of deaths from coronavirus in the world could reach two million before an effective vaccine is released into the mass circulation.

The Health Ministry of Ukraine renewed the list of countries of red and green zones. 50 states entered the list of countries with increased epidemiological risk as the ministry reported.

Thus, Austria, Croatia, Russia, Belarus, Turkey, Bulgaria, Egypt, and others entered the list of the green countries. Meanwhile, the U.S., Israel, Montenegro, UAE, Spain, and France remain to stay in the red zone.
