Particularly, he noted that the Service actively cooperates with the Central Election Commission and it is ready to provide the proper pass of the international observer. The main direction of their entrance is still an aviation one, Boryspil, Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv and Kharkiv airports.
Deineko added that the border guard service will also assume all efforts for quick processing of the Ukrainians who will come from abroad or temporarily occupied territories.
The main efforts of the service aim for control and coordination of the actions of the competitive bodies at the channels of the international communications, provision of the proper level of the border guard security and readiness to rapidly respond to the changes.
Besides, he noted that the border guards cooperate with the bodies and detachments of the National Police, Foreign Ministry, representatives of authority at the site and other competent authorities.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky officially dissolved the Verkhovna Rada and appointed the snap elections for July 21. The Cabinet of Ministers should provide the funding of the elections.
On May 24, the electoral process kicked off in Ukraine.
According to the Ukrainian legislation, the electoral process of snap elections begins on the next day after the President’s decree on early termination of the mandate of Verkhovna Rada and appointment of the new elections is published. Therefore, the electoral process starts on May 24, without the Central Commission making any decisions.
